Mike Dayem Information

Mike Dayem has spent the majority of his life trying to understand his own mental health, and how it both affects and is affected by the world around him. After studying psychology, social dynamics, neuroscience, Hakomi, meditation, martial arts, shamanism, body talk, herbalism, and animal tracking, he compiled what he found most valuable from each method and established his own practice. These tools and experiences were the foundation for his first book, Suicidal to Superhuman: Accepting Mental Health & Its Role in Global Sanity. His goal is to shift the stigmas around mental illness, and help people understand how these “disorders” can serve as a catalyst to connecting with their complete, authentic selves—empowering them with the courage to truly live. Mike lives in Marin County, California, and continues to offer 1-on-1 coaching, and group workshops and programs.
