Mihion’s driving force is my desire to give children the possibility to broaden their coding horizons while playing Minecraft. Shortly after starting a gaming server by the same name, I got in touch with Martin Exner, the founder of Coding Pirates, and I got involved as a volunteer at Microsoft, teaching children coding in Python. I still participate as an instructor today, now using my server and Microsoft minecraft.makecode.com to teach children to code. I also instruct them in coding mods and plugins written in Java. My ambition comes from an awareness my own life experience, as well as my experiences as a father. Children, if they get knowledge in the right way, can become great programmers. Our future depends on them knowing how to code apps - not how to use them. The outturn of Mihion today is that I have a great-dedicated Discord community, which runs my server so I can concentrate on my primary job.
