migr8it Information

Migr8IT is a specialist UK technology consultancy focused on complex legacy transformation, particularly IBM/HCL Domino and Lotus Notes environments. We help organisations understand, stabilise, modernise, migrate and ultimately retire legacy platforms that are often poorly documented, highly customised and deeply embedded within day-to-day business operations. Our approach starts with detailed technical discovery. We identify application complexity, usage, dependencies, data volumes, technical risks and the most appropriate options for migration, re-platforming or retirement before significant project investment is made. This depth of analysis helps reduce the risk of hidden issues emerging during delivery, where they can cause delays, additional cost and operational disruption. Our specialist team has more than 25 years of hands-on experience working with Domino and Lotus Notes and has delivered complex transformation projects for organisations ranging from smaller businesses to major international enterprises. Our experience includes modernising complex application estates, supporting environments containing hundreds of business applications, delivering large-scale migration programmes and providing specialist technical leadership on high-value transformation and divestment projects. We combine deep technical expertise with practical delivery experience, giving customers clear advice, realistic plans and controlled execution. Whether an organisation needs specialist Domino support, a migration strategy, application modernisation, data migration or a structured route away from Lotus Notes, our focus is simple: reduce risk, maintain business continuity and deliver the outcome properly.
