miFuture helps young people leave education ready for work, not just looking for it. We connect young people, educators, and employers through digital learning, workshops, and partnerships that close the gap between education and employment. Our mission is simple: to prepare an emerging workforce to be work ready; confident, capable, and equipped for the jobs of the future. We do this through our four pillars of Future Readiness: Awareness: helping young people see what’s out there. Insight: helping them understand what’s coming next. Readiness: helping them build the skills employers actually want. Confidence: helping them prepare for an ever-changing world of work. Our flagship programme, Skill Bursts, delivers short, gamified microlessons that make essential employability qualities practical, measurable, and fun to learn. Alongside our digital products, we deliver in-person workshops, classroom resources, and training for educators and employers who want to embed future skills, AI literacy, and work readiness into their delivery. We are proud to align with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act, and we work collaboratively with schools, funders, and employers to build a Wales that is prosperous, inclusive, and future ready.
