Founded in 1998, Midstate Collection Solutions, Inc. is a debt collection agency that partners with clients to collect past due receivables in a timely and honest manner. Midstate Collection Solutions goes about the debt collection process differently. We believe it is our purpose to help lift the burden of debt off of the individuals we call on. We understand the toll being in debt can take on an individual and we are committed to empowering those we come into contact with by relieving them of their debts. At Midstate Collection Solutions, we aim to make those in debt happier at the end of a call than they were in the beginning with our proprietary “Words That Work” method, which focuses on using words with customers that trigger positive feelings rather than negative. We see this as a win-win-win scenario. The debtor is relieved of their financial burden, the client collects their past due receivables quicker, and we get the satisfaction of knowing we empowered someone else and are contributing to restoring economic balance within the communities we serve.
