Midollo is a small, RICS-regulated consultancy working across university accommodation, PBSA, living-sector projects and healthcare. We help clients think clearly before projects become fixed, expensive or difficult to unwind. In university accommodation, our work focuses on ageing residential estates, new beds, refurbishment, regeneration, technical due diligence, route-to-market support and practical delivery advice. We are interested in the point where strategy has to become something deliverable. That means understanding the commercial, technical, operational and student experience implications of decisions before a route, partner or scope is locked in. Our experience spans universities, operators, funders, developers and delivery partners, supporting projects from early thinking through to delivery, handover and occupation. We are not trying to be the biggest consultancy in the market. We are trying to be one of the most useful: thoughtful, practical, honest and experienced enough to challenge where needed. Midollo also maintains a strong healthcare specialism, supporting clients with project and cost management across complex, live and operational environments.
