My passion for wellness was solidified when I lost my health due to a stroke at the age of 18. Out of that emergency came a lifestyle commitment to reclaim and optimize my health through nutrition, movement and mindset. Traditional modalities have always known, and modern day science is now able to verify, that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Unfortunately, I struggled for years to live the life of a purpose-driven wellness entrepreneur while also creating the time and money to savor the joys of family living. I was overextended, working long hours and my health began to suffer from accumulated stress. Until I discovered a new approach that transformed my health, helped me be my best and has allowed me to do the same for others. I love empowering others to live a life that they love!
