Mark Middlebrook has over 25 years of multi-discipline experience in Real Estate Development and Construction. Most recently, Mark spent 10 years with the Irvine Company where he served as Project Manager/Project Executive managing the design and construction of many projects. While there, he delivered 766,000 sf of Office development and 1,700,000 sf of low-rise "Flex"/R&D buildings. Mark also oversaw $30 million of repositioning / renovation of neighborhood shopping centers and the development of three mini-storage projects. Mr. Middlebrook was also involved in the pre-development of several projects including the Pelican Hill Resort, a 550,000 sf corporate headquarters and a 20-story Pei Cobb Freed designed office building.
