After being employed as a route sales/deliveryman for a previous area Propane retailer for six years, Ken ventured out to establish Mid-State Propane, a grass roots effort to provide propane cylinder exchange service to industrial accounts at a more competitive price. Richard, a life long area farmer, wanted to extend our services to include residential propane delivery. At this point Mid-State Propane began selling residential propane to area residents. Today, with more than 500 customers, our goal is to provide the most competitive price and the most reliable service to our existing and future customers while maintaining a personal propane purchasing relationship with our customers. midstate propane
