Mid-Michigan Radiology Associates (MMRA) has provided diagnostic and interventional Radiological services to patients in Gratiot, Isabella Montcalm, Clare, and Mecosta counties for more than thirty five years. MMRA was the first to use Computerized Tomography (CAT Scan) in Mid Michigan , the first to utilize mobile MRI and is the first Radiology Group in these counties to provide state of the art diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures such as balloon angioplasty, STENT placement and Thrombolytic therapy . Our Mt. Pleasant Imaging Center at 211 S. Crapo Suite F. offers complete diagnostic xray, fluroscopy, ultrasound (including 3D) and Nuclear Medicine in a convenient outpatient setting. We also offer the most advanced Varicose Vein Laser Therapy in our 211 Imaging Center. Also on site at the 211 professional building are Open MRI, 128 slice spiral CT, and digital mammography. In addition our services at MidMichigan Medical Center - Gratiot also include Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and a full range of interventional radiological procedures such as balloon angioplasty, STENT placement, IVC filter placement, thrombolytic therapy, biopsies and venous interventions. These complex radiologic procedures are usually only offered in very large "big city" hospitals. At MidMichigan Medical Center - Gratiot they are performed by skilled personnel, with dedicated equipment, in a convenient local setting.
