Tooling Solutions is a dynamic distributor of metal working tools supplying a wide range of carbide inserts, endmills, and drills and covering most metal cutting applications seen in the automotive, medical, aerospace, agricultural, and general engineering industries. We are authorized to distribute over 100 manufacturers giving our customers a unique and innovative variety of cutting tools for their metalworking applications, including turning, grooving, milling, hole-making, boring and threading.

Machining Innovations, Inc is a privately held S Corporation founded in 2006 by its President, Curtis Fisher. Our small precision CNC machine shop is centrally located in Oakland, Maine. MII uses the latest in 3D modeling and 5-axis programming utilizing SolidWorks and Esprit respectively. We also have a comprehensive inspection department that includes an optical comparator with digital readout and a Brown and Sharpe computerized CMM. We employ the latest in cutting technology with extensive experience machining exotic materials such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, TItanium and Hastelloy as well as non-ferrous materials such as Aluminum and Copper. We routinely process parts ranging from small production on high value gas turbine components to high production on firearm and equipment components. We are a small Job shop and specialize in milling and turning small to medium sized repeat production runs. MII also offers tooling and fixture services for all your in-house machining needs and provides added services such as, but not limited to, EDM, grinding, heat treat and surface coating through a network of trustworthy vendors.

Premier Machine Works is a privately owned and operated machine shop established in 2012 servicing the end users of the oil and gas industry. Premier Machine Works is located in Houma, La. near to many suppliers and service companies. Premier Machine Works is a modern facility with an eye on growth potential and specializes in the manufacturing of machined products primarily for use in the oil and gas industry. Premier Machine Work's processes include water jet, turning, boring and milling. Premier Machine Works has CNC capabilities which include 3 and 4 axis machines and water jetting. This gives us the ability to manufacture most parts locally which makes it very convenient for our customers.
