MicroMatrices Information

MicroMatrices is a science-led CRO serving the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and chemical industries with expertise in: Spheroid/organoid histology and analytics, Toxicogenomics, Transcriptomics, Molecular phenotyping, Image analysis. Our high-throughput histology platform, SpheroMatrices®, aligns fixed MPS/organoids from plate-based experiments in a single plane in a microscope slide-sized microTMA format, retaining the plate layout. All tissues within the microTMA are wax embedded and simultaneously sectioned into parallel sections for downstream analysis via histopathology, immunostaining, and /or transcript profiling.
