After dozens of years in the fast paced, highly regulated medical device industry, we decided to say “to hell with it!” and start a laser cutting business. We specialize in rapid manufacturing. Prototype runs have a turnaround time of 3 days, and that can be expedited to as quick as same day. We have expertise in many different materials. Some of the materials we process are Nitinol (NiTi), Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Copper, Aluminum, Polyimide (Kapton) to name a few. Our capabilities include flat stock laser cutting as well as rotary cutting.
