Located in Westwood, New Jersey , Micro-Surgeon is conveniently situated within 25 miles of the New York metropolitan area. Although most drives are shipped to us from all over the country, we recognize that many people feel more comfortable if they deal with a local facility. As a result many drives are brought to our premises in person. We invite customers who feel more comfortable hand-delivering their drive(s) to do so. We have been located in our present facility since 1985. We have a Class-100 clean room facility to ensure satisfaction of warranty requirements for those drives still under warranty from the manufacturer. We maintain state-of-the-art equipment custom-engineered for the data recovery industry and are continually upgrading our tools and processes to keep up with changing drive technologies. Our customer base over the years has run the gamut from government agencies to Big Five accounting firms to individual users.
