Our product focus is HP, Cisco and IBM. HP dominates our sales with Cisco and IBM following. We aim to provide a comprehensive range of HP products and stock a variety of conditions to further widen your choice. Over 80% of our stock is new retail, straight from the factory, the remainder being HP renew, HP spares and bulk which offer cheaper alternatives. New retail refers to brand new factory-sealed goods. HP renew refers to remanufactured goods which carry full HP warranty. These products are HP boxed 'as new' and may indeed have never been used previously. HP spares refers to brand new HP boxed goods intended as replacements for the spares market. They carry the associated spares number on the box as opposed to the original part number. They may have reduced warranty but as they are often server options, they are often covered under server warranty. Bulk refers to white box products, HP-original goods not in their original packaging, usually tested pulls.
