Mickey's World Early Learning Centre Information

Mickey's World is committed to creating a welcoming home like environment which reflects the diverse values of children, families, staff and the wider community. We believe that when children are motivated and encouraged, they will rise up to challenges and high expectations that are held for successful achievement in learning and development. Through our program we acknowledge the NSW Curriculum Framework and the national Early Years Learning Framework, with specific emphasis on play based learning and recognises the importance of communication and language (including early literacy and numeracy) and social and emotional development. We believe that childhood is a journey not a race, we encourage active exploration an inquiry and we value creativity and diversity. The staff at Mickey's World work together as a team to provide and maintain a friendly, caring, clean, welcoming and stimulating environment where children are free to explore and learn through play and with our safe surroundings.
