We specialize in the Anodizing process with the control and tracking system that controls multiple rectifiers from a single workstation as well as records all processes that can be further analyzed for quality assurance. The result is a more consistent process which enables production of a better product and significant cost savings. Though specially designed for the anodizing process, the control and tracking system can be adapted to other metal finishing processes that utilize manually operated rectifiers. With our controller, you can create programs that will consistently control your rectifier regardless of shift or operator. The DA Toolkit is the second half of the Mickabooh System and provides a comprehensive search and analysis capability for your process data. With it you will be able to create, save and schedule queries. The DA Toolkit is also used as a tool to monitor process quality by searching for any anomalies that can be seen on the charts.
