Our services have laid the foundations for Australian and NSW Rowing Teams, senior, junior and international Rugby Union Teams, The Manly Warringah Sea eagles Rugby League Team, America's Cup teams from Australia, winning Australian Admiral's Cup Teams, members of the Olympic Sailing Team, and have worked with some outstanding individual athletes in Flying 11 Dinghy Sailing Teams up to Farr 40 Racing Yacht teams. Founder Mick Miller has been crucial in the development of many successful youth athletes, including Australian School Boy Rugby players and World Youth Sailing Champions. He is highly regarded as a professional speaker, particularly in the fields of time management, goal setting and performance under pressure, regularly lecturing at the Sydney Academy of Sport and the Australian Institute of Sport.
