Miceli Construction is a general construction and construction management company. We provide a complete suite of construction services, from pre-construction, to build-out, to post-construction/project close-out. Our projects include high-end estates, multi-unit residences, affordable housing, commercial and mixed-use buildings, and retail tenant improvements. Our public works projects range from university facilities, to courthouse renovation, to a public transit center, to name just a few. Miceli Construction has successfully undertaken major mold remediation work. Our firm specializes in green building and has Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professionals (LEED®-AP) on staff.
