MIC Ventures Holding SAL, sponsored by the Ministry of Telecommunications in Lebanon, is a USD 48 million fund that was established in 2018 in order to promote innovation and value creation in the field of telecommunications. The two mobile Telecom Operators of Lebanon, MIC 1 (Alfa) and MIC 2 (Touch), have committed to invest equally into the fund. MIC Ventures’ goal is to give Lebanese early and mid-level startups financial funding and experienced business support and scalability, thus allowing them to compete in a continuously evolving technological environment.
