At Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co, we have one simple goal: to deliver you the best quality banh mi with integrity. Banh mi and croissants are our passion (hence, the name Mi-Sant). How we got here can be traced back to our roots. We are second-generation Vietnamese American immigrants. Our parents got started in the trade as a means of survival in a foreign country. They worked hard, so we didnt have to. But here we are picking up what they started, not because we have to but because we want to. Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co. is a tribute to their years of hard work, homage to their craft, and mostly creating something they can be proud of. The wonderful banh mi got introduced when the French conquered Indochina. Banh mi is a combination of French delicacies such as the baguette, pate and mayo combined with Vietnamese flavors like pickled carrots and daikons, cucumbers, and cilantro. Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co. offers unique tastes to the banh mi while maintaining its integrity. We make our bread fresh daily using only the freshest ingredients. Not a fan of banh mis? No problem. We also offer rice and noodle bowls, spring rolls and a number of appetizers and desserts.
