MI CustomScapes LLC Information

MI Customscapes LLC holds a high quality standard of service provided to all of our commercial and residential properties for eleven years. While attending Michigan State University for Horticulture and Construction Management, Cord began lawn care and property maintenance for residential customers. In 2009, he began light commercial work, and started expanding hard scape services (patios, retaining walls, full landscape design/install). From 2009–2011, MI Customscapes LLC began forming volume across the greater Ann Arbor area. We now work with various property management firms, residents, and builders with a high retention rate providing lawn care, landscape, irrigation, maintenance, and snow removal. We proudly service the greater Ann Arbor area to over 30 commercial businesses, HOA’s, apartment complexes, restaurants, warehouses, and over 150 residential properties.
