The company was born on a mission to defend Perth’s streetscapes from the bland and ‘cookie-cutter’ apartment developments emerging when apartment dwelling was at its infancy. Instead, the company aimed to demonstrate the importance of good design and urban architecture and its impact on the urban environment. Over the next 15 years, the company would play an integral role in the rejuvenation of suburbs such as Mount Lawley, South Fremantle and Maylands, taking on often-complex projects such as heritage renewals, that other developers wouldn’t touch. And, to maintain a high level of quality throughout every stage of the building and development process, the company progressively expanded the business to include construction, property management, investment and sales capacity.
