MGM Climate Business Developers (MGM CBD) is a subsidiary of MGM Finance and Banking. MGM CBD offers project development services to enable business driven climate action: 1. Partner with businesses to develop projects to generate certifiable verified emission reductions (VERs) compliant to recognized methodologies. 2. Conduct stakeholders consultation as required by standards programs. 3. Quantify Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) addressed by the VER projects 4. Identify and engage the standards program best suited for the project 5. Assist project owners listing with the selected standards program 6. Facilitate the contracting of validation and verification bodies (VVBs) by the project owners to audit the VERs on an annual basis 7. Monitor and report on the implementation of project emission reduction methodologies 8. Offer VER-related project development advice
