MGI BFC Information

MGI Business & Financial Consulting (MGI BFC) is a firm of chartered accountants and auditors registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Tunisie, established in Tunis in 2010. We work across three practices: accounting and payroll outsourcing, statutory and contractual audit, and transaction advisory services, from due diligence to valuation and fundraising. We serve more than forty groups and companies operating in Tunisia, from retail and food manufacturing to industrial equipment, specialised services and public institutions, including subsidiaries of European, North American and Asian groups, in French, English and Arabic. A member of MGI Worldwide since 2017, a network ranked among the world's top 20 by the International Accounting Bulletin and present in more than 100 countries. The network held its Middle East and North Africa Region Meeting in Tunis in 2023.
