MGD+ LLC provides residential design solutions for development/investment and individual/homeowner environments. The practice specializes on all types of residential projects, from remodel and additions that dramatically transform an existing building, to new construction projects that carefully rethink the space and the form. OUR ROLE is helping clients to maximize their aspirations and profits by offering projects that are code compliant, zone compliant with meaningful forms with consideration for the design and aesthetics. Our office is a collaborative of individuals whose projects focus on design and its economic and environmental impact beyond each building Our designers learn about setting, history and context, elements that reinforce the identity and culture of each individual project.
