We are a company run by a licensed architect and an experienced mason so we understand construction and have an exacting eye for detail and design. Each project, regardless of size, is approached in the same manner. Detailed spreadsheets, estimates, professional and conscientious attention to building detail and continuous communication with you (the client) throughout the project. We have the skills, the labour and trades to ensure your project is successfully completed on time and on budget. We offer pre-construction services, general contracting, construction management, design/build and development services. We deal almost exclusively in residential projects (washrooms, kitchens, additions, renovations, built-in furniture, decks, chimneys, waterproofing, interlocking driveways and walkways) and unique small commercial (offices and retail) construction projects. We are flexible with time and work within your budget. Our pricing is competitive and more importantly we ensure you receive good value for your money. We will walk you through our detailed estimate and will help you review it against our competitors' quotes. We want to make sure you are comfortable with what your project will cost and exactly what is included prior to proceeding with construction.
