Órgano de Control de la Función pública del Gobierno de la Ciudad de México. De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública del Distrito Federal, la Contraloría General está encargada del control y la evaluación de la gestión pública de las dependencias, órganos desconcentrados y entidades paraestatales del Gobierno de la Ciudad. Por ello, la Contraloría se encarga de planear, organizar y coordinar el Sistema de Control y Evaluación del Gobierno del Distrito Federal.
