აფთიაქების და კლინიკების უდიდესი ქსელი საქართველოს მასშტაბით "ავერსი" – სტაბილურობისა და ხარისხის გარანტი ფარმაცევტული კომპანია "ავერსი" 1994 წელს დაარსდა. მედიკამენტების შემოტანით დაწყებული ბიზნესი, ფარმაცევტული ქსელის დაფუძნების წინსვლად იქცა. კომპანიის მასშტაბი თანდათან გაფართოვდა. ავერსი საქართველოს ფარმაცევტული ბაზრის ლიდერია. დღეს მისი სააფთიაქო ქსელი 200-ზე მეტ ობიექტს აერთიანებს. თუმცა კომპანიის საქმიანობის არეალი აქ არ სრულდება _ შეიქმნა ფარმაცევტული საწარმო "ავერსი-რაციონალი", დაიწყო მასშტაბური პროექტი _ "ავერსის კლინიკათა" ქსელის მშენებლობა. მსოფლიო დონის კლინიკები უკვე გაიხსნა მარნეულში, რუსთავში, ლანჩხუთში, გორში და თბილისში გაიხსნა ავერსის ცენტრალური კლინიკა. "ავერსის" მიერ გადადგმული ყოველი ნაბიჯი მოსახლეობის ჯანმრთელობაზე ზრუნვით არის ნაკარნახევი, ამიტომ გასაკვირი არ არის, რომ კომპანიამ საზოგადოებაში ქველმოქმედის სახელი დაიმკვიდრა. სოციალურად დაუცველი ფენების მხარში დგომა და დახმარება "ავერსის" მესვეურთა კეთილი ნების გამოხატულებაა. კომპანია დღეს საქართველოში ერთ-ერთ უდიდესი გადამხდელია. მას ქვეყნის ბიუჯეტში ყოველწლიურად რამდენიმე მილიონი ლარი შეაქვს.
