October 1, 2010 Dear Customers and Clients: We have changed our name to Metro Properties and Padre Island Homes in Corpus Christi Texas. Both names better encapsulates our services and primary objective of helping our customers achieve superior real estate results in the Corpus Christi and Padre Island area. The timing of this transition is deliberate. Over the past several months we’ve completely restructured our organization under a new advisory board and management team, and fittingly we engaged the talents and experience of our own staff to develop the improved strategy behind our not only the change in name. We are now a very different organization from the RE/MAX of six months ago. With our new strategic direction, the advisory board has chosen two names--Metro Properties for our 5306 Holly Location and Padre Island Homes for our 14725 SPID, North Padre Location—to reflect more accurately our local real estate market. The rebranding also coincides with the company’s improving results--we achieved two of our highest revenue-generating months on record in September and October and remain confident of strong revenue growth over the rest of the fiscal year. We have focused our advertising monies for lead generation on the top search engines that specialize only in getting buyers to our local area—not to other areas that do not benefit our consumers and clients.
