The Metro North Chamber of Commerce serves 13 cities and four counties in one of the fastest growing regions in Colorado. Our business community is thriving; our vision is to see this continue as we strengthen and further diversify our programming. Through the many programs we offer, the strength of our leadership is reflected in our numbers - 600 members. The Metro North Chamber of Commerce is a strong business ally and advocate, recognized as a prominent voice of business for the region. Among our signature programs: * the Business and Government Affairs (BGA) Committee which tracks and acts on legislation affecting our members. The Chamber has two lobbyists on Capitol Hill who work with the group to ensure we're maximizing our regional political impact with our 15 local legislators. * our Leadership Program, now in it's 35th year of cultivating and developing mid-to-upper-level leaders in myriad ways to enhance their contributions to company and community. * the Development Council (DC) produces in-depth programming reflective of the needs and interests cited by our members. Regular DC events include the annual legislative briefing prior to each new session of the CO legislature, forums on housing, the education/business partnership, urban renewal, construction defect law, bus tours to assess regional development and many more. * monthly Business After Hours networking meetings * periodic Business & Breakfast events * regular Lunch & Learn sessions * Leads groups * Ambassadors group The Metro North Chamber sponsors over 200 gatherings each year in its mission to engage members as they work to continue growing their business relationships.
