Metplas is a second-generation, family-owned Australian plastic injection moulding manufacturer based in Sydney. We help businesses manufacture new and existing plastic products — from product development, material selection and tooling through to ongoing production. Our Cromer facility operates six injection moulding machines ranging from 40 to 200 tonnes, with capabilities including automated production, engineering and technical polymers, prototyping, tooling and clean-room manufacturing. We manufacture components for medical, electrical, marine, industrial and specialist technical applications, working with everything from straightforward production parts to complex components requiring demanding materials and manufacturing processes. Already have tooling? We can help transfer your moulds and production to a responsive Australian manufacturing partner. Developing a new product? We can work with you from concept and design through tooling, testing and production. Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Metplas manufactures for customers across Australia and internationally.
