Metamorph Group Limited was launched in January 2016, funded by its founders and other private individuals. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Metamorph Law Limited, will be an ABS licenced by the SRA, and will acquire existing high street law firms in England and Wales focused on private client work. Companies part of the Metamorph Group are: Linder Myers Solicitors, SLC Solicitors, BPL Solicitors, Terry Jones Solicitors, Verisona Law, Donnelly & Elliott, Parrott & Coales Solicitors, Beaumont Legal and Knight Polson. The senior management of Metamorph Law provide extensive and successful entrepreneurial experience of growing and building large scale business in the legal and professional services markets. Our model might be new for this particular market, but it is far from being novel and unproven. All of the components of the concept and business plan have been highly successful in other similar consumer and professional services markets.
