Established in 1970, Metal Surgery has over 40 years of experience in providing practical and cost effective solutions for all your engineering requirements. We provide engineering, fabrication and maintenance services to all types of businesses, from SME’s and sole traders to international companies. We work with many local companies, and have worked with companies’ right across the UK. We have a complete in-house engineering facility, with a range of machinery from Long bed Lathes to slotting and boring machines, and can work with a range of materials from Brass, aluminium and Copper to Mild and Stainless Steel. Here at Metal Surgery, we like to think of ourselves as a one stop shop for your engineering needs, and we have our own 3D CAD facility and designers. We can create your ideas, products and prototypes from start to finish, either in our workshop or at any location throughout the UK, and even worldwide. All our welders hold valid CSCS cards and we are accredited to the BS EN1090-1 standard. This means we can provide the CE mark for our fabricated structural steel products. Our internal quality systems comply with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard, which is internationally recognized. Although we can design and produce just about anything you need, we have a wealth of experience in manufacturing and fabricating for the marine, catering and construction industries. Our focus is firmly on structural steel and the construction industry, and we’d like Metal Surgery to become the go to company for the construction industry in Cornwall. Our previous fabrications include staircases, balustrades, gates, balconies, signs and metal sculptures alongside our structural steel products and frames.
