With over 15 years of experience working in the accounting, financial services, and IT industries, Huzaifa brings his extensive knowledge to the table. He has worked with two of the Big Four firms in Toronto, Canada and Paris, France, as well as a multitude of small businesses in Canada and the United States. He holds accounting designations, certificate and licenses from Canada, the US, and Europe (UK), allowing him to help businesses that want Big Firm level expertise, with a smaller firm customer service feel at MetaCloud. His areas of expertise include: Corporate and personal taxation, financial reporting and bookkeeping, audits and reviews, business consulting and advisory, and process automation. He has extensive experience dealing with technology start-ups/growth firms and manufacturing industries, along with small business and professional services (medical, legal, trades, and others). When he is not working, Huzaifa enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, teaching at universities and colleges, and trying to play new sports with his kids. He recently started to learn ice skating so he can teach his daughter to play ice hockey. We think his daughter might become his teacher at the rate he is going. Maybe he should stick to accounting dont tell him we said that. Mariam holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, with a focus on computer science and technology. Before joining MetaCloud, she explored the world of web development and ethical hacking. Her experience helps keep MetaCloud on the forefront of technology for helping our clients get the most value out of every service offered. When she is not working, Mariam enjoys curling up with a good book, playing soccer, biking, and spending time with her family. While she loves practicing minimalism in her physical workspace, we think she needs to clear up some space on her cloud storage.
