As certified Passive House designers we use our skills and technical expertise to test our designs with thermal modelling at an early stage, so we have empirical evidence that the building will perform as envisioned. We like to use prefabrication as we find this allows better quality control and identifies issues early in the process and we like to see efficiencies in every stage of a new home. We are qualified Homestar assessors and NZGBC members. This means that we are able to evaluate a building’s sustainability holistically. This knowledge allows us to make the best material and product specifications that have environmental accreditation.
