Messick & Associates has been providing civil site design services for over 30 years to both public and private clients throughout the state of Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Throughout the firm’s existence, Messick has worked on a wide variety of projects from single family lot development to large residential and multi-family subdivisions, as well as commercial, industrial and capital projects that include all facets of land development.
