At MESHBASE, we are always looking to redefine how software is delivered to customers of small and medium-sized businesses, so in 2018, MESHBASE looked at the market and saw a large number of websites as nothing more than “poorly designed online brochures” with generic “Contact Us” forms and bolted on non-integrated features, creating a technically convoluted and an unattractive website experience for customers. MESHBASE saw this as an untapped opportunity to build a platform by which the website would be the "hub" with integrated, not bolted on, features (scheduler, storefront, payment engine, blogging, customer surveys etc.). Customers would easily and quickly buy online, making this a great customer experience and business owners would have an incredible advantage to generate additional customer revenue because the platform would give them holistic reporting into their business. Additionally, to being a technology company, we are also a team of creatives and what sets us apart from the competition is our dedication to personal connection with our clients.
