Founded in 1989 on the principles of simplicity, openness, and honesty, MESH Community Cohesion Services is a charity dedicated improving the Sheffield and South Yorkshire communities through alternative, more positive means of resolving conflict. MESH has provided mediation services to Sheffield City Council since its inception, and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council since 2004. We have a team of 30 volunteers trained in the art of neighbour and community mediation. We are a recognised centre of excellence in mediation training, providing bespoke training packages to staff of well-known mediation providers and organisations wishing to deliver their own in-house mediation services.
