Mesayaatech connects IDF reservists to the high-tech industry - through personal mentorship, training, and a community of mentors from leading companies. Mesayaatech is a volunteer-driven NGO helping reservists integrate into Israel’s high-tech industry. After months of intensive service following the October 7th war, many return to civilian life facing employment gaps and a competitive job market. Mesayaatech was founded to provide a real pathway to a first career in high-tech, with professional tools, connections, and personal guidance. The program includes one-on-one mentorship, workshops, collaborations with leading tech companies, a job pool, networking, and events. The community brings together hundreds of mentors from leading companies in Israel and worldwide, all volunteering to bridge the gap between reservists’ contribution and their professional future. Mesayaatech is a bridge of trust and opportunity - for the reservists, Israeli high-tech, and society. Since its founding, ~3,000 reservists joined, ~700 mentor connections were created, and 300 have successfully integrated into the industry.
