Attorney Bret Merkle and his legal team have represented injured people throughout South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska for over 25 years. He is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association, the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Bret was a student at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 2000. The Trial Lawyers College trains lawyers how to discover the truth of their clients' stories and how to bring them to life in the courtroom. Lawyers throughout the US work together to bring ideas, strategies and the latest techniques to obtain justice for their clients. Bret was honored to be invited back to TLC as a staff faculty instructor, and he participated in that capacity from 2001 to 2003.
