Merit Employment Assessment Services, Inc. (MEAS), has provided written tests and ancillary examination services to public safety agencies since 1976. Our products include empirically validated entry-level examinations for the police and fire services (including a composite examination for public safety officers) and content validated promotional examinations for both police and fire services. In support of our testing services, we provide job-analysis, validation studies, test administration, review and appeals processes, scoring, statistical analysis, and related services.
