The Merit Construction Alliance is a non-profit, non-partisan association representing merit shop contractors throughout Massachusetts. The MCA believes the awarding of construction contracts should be based solely on merit, applying criteria such as quality, value, budget, schedule and safety and vigorously challenges attempts to restrict fair and open competition for the benefit of any special interests.
