Meridian is a real estate investment, management, and development organization formed in 1994 that is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Working with an established network of financial partners, architects and construction management professionals and together with well established operating partners, our mission is to create value for our investors by acquiring, developing and investing in real estate and real estate related assets with a current emphasis on seniors housing and healthcare assets. Our investment activity has provided attractive new housing and aged care facilities to our growing population of seniors. The current supply of newly constructed, state of the art, seniors’ facilities remains constrained and the demand ever growing. Our new facilities have provided employment to many and enable our operating partners to attract the highest quality employees. The combination of all the above has enabled us to produce superior investment returns to our investment partnerships. A review of our historical performance reveals that Meridian has invested in many diverse asset classes including seniors housing and healthcare related projects, multi-family, retail, for-sale condominiums and townhomes, and office buildings. Today, Meridian’s primary focus is on the development, management and ownership of next generation senior living and aged care facilities; providing superior living environments to care for our growing population of seniors, and creating new investment opportunities for our partners.
