MERCERBRIDGE is an independent Executive Search and Executive Engagement consultancy, built on more than three decades of specialist market knowledge, judgement and senior relationships. Founded in 2006 by Sean Farrell, with specialist Executive Search experience dating back to the early 1990s, we work across Cyber Security, Technology, Risk & Resilience and Data & AI Governance, supporting organisations across the UK, Europe and internationally. Executive Search remains at the heart of the business. We identify and engage senior people with the specialist knowledge, leadership capability and market experience our clients need. The best people are rarely the easiest to find. Many are successful in their current roles and are not actively looking for their next opportunity, but may be open to the right conversation. Our strength lies in the network and relationships we have built over many years, combined with a detailed understanding of the specialist markets in which we work. Finding someone is only part of the job. Understanding whether they are right for a particular organisation, knowing how to approach them and having a credible conversation is where experience and judgement matter. Our relationships also extend beyond Executive Search. Through our Executive Engagement Programmes, we help organisations connect with senior decision-makers through strategic introductions, targeted executive outreach, private roundtables, leadership dinners and advisory boards. We manage programmes from the initial brief and research through to engagement, delivery and follow-up. We also provide Fractional Resourcing and Strategic Introductions, giving clients access to senior expertise and networks when a permanent appointment or traditional Search assignment may not be the right solution. Across all of our work, the common thread is simple: knowing who to approach, how to reach them and how to engage them.
