Mercer ADR provides administrative services for the Hedge Fund Mercer Partners LP a Manhattan based long short global equity fund founded in 1993 The founder and portfolio manager is Mark Coler. An honors graduate of Harvard and the University of Pennyslvania Law School, he previously served as Deputy to the Assistant Secretary at the US Treasury and served on the Reagan transition team at the Treasury in charge of domestic finance.
