T11 ANFO Plant In 2006, T11 plant built with fully domestic investment. T11 is complex facility of manufacturing and storage of explosives located in Nalaikh district of Ulaanbaatar. The T11 complex includes a complete ANFO production line made in the USA, ANFO charging trucks for loading blast-holes, chemical laboratory for quality control, explosives texting zones and other equipments. It is a modern facility equipped with automated operation systems for quality and quantity control devices. Depending on the strength properties of the rock mass and geographical strata, T11 manufactures three types of ANFO; normal “Ayanga”, water resistant “Ayanga-WR” and powered “Ayanga-P”. T12 Emulsion explosive plant In June 2011, with utilization of Australian equipments, Australian-Russian joint technology designed for Siberian environment, we have established emulsion plant on the territory of Tavan Tolgoi coal mine located in Tsogttsetsii soum, Umnugobi aimag. To secure highest level of safety, mobile mixing trucks carry the manufactured ingredients in separate tanks, and mix the ingredients as explosives when it loads into drilled blast holes. Fully meeting safety requirement, this technology minimizes the manual work, environmental impact; and the ingredients and are quality of a chemical components and controlled and monitored in a modern facility.
