MEO is a project management practice which began running large projects for UK based banks in the technology space. This experience, in the most highly regulated project delivery environment, provided a strong foundation on which to build our practice. MEO has expanded into full development management, running complex property projects such as the renovation of historically significant listed buildings and delivering new builds in Bath, a World Heritage site. MEO provides development and investment advisory services to clients and can provide a full interior design service. Through its sister company, Luxury Escapes Bath, MEO can provide an asset management service for clients who wish to retain their property.
