1 in 59 people in the USA are diagnosed with Autism – of which between 66% to 86% of adults are unemployed or seriously underemployed: Mentra is a digital service that enables individuals on the autism spectrum with employable skills to gain access to career opportunities through personalized mentorship and career-building activities. We aspire to become a recruiting pipeline for companies who see the value in hiring inclusively, and hope to be a catalyst for employers to be more welcoming to and understanding of the capabilities of the 500,000 individuals with autism in the US that will reach adulthood by 2025.
