MentorRINGS™ is a leadership acceleration program for emerging and top talent. Its name says it plainly: Circles of Leadership, Learning and Success. Most leadership training is a single event and that’s not how people learn or develop. MentorRINGS is an integrated experience that brings together cohort learning, one-on-one executive coaching, and mentoring, so participants practice new skills, get feedback, and apply what they learn back on the job. The hybrid program runs six interactive cohort sessions (three in person, three virtual), supported by Leader View assessments, individual executive coaching, triad sessions, and a 90-day reinforcer after program completion. The six sessions build leaders who are inspirational, credible, developmental, decisive, resilient, and impactful. Participants grow in self-awareness, confidence, executive presence, and influence, and they gain a diverse peer and alumni network across companies. Sponsors gain a stronger leadership bench: leaders who are ready for broader responsibility, better cross-functional collaboration, and stronger retention of the high-potential people they most want to keep.
